From 27 April till 1 May, 2016, Georgian wheelchair fencing athlete of the Parasport Development Centre of Tbilisi, Irma Khetsuriani participated (100% funded by Tbilisi City Hall) in the World Cup Wheelchair Fencing Competition, held in the city of Laval, Canada and she took the first place (sabre) and won the gold medal second time on such tournament.
